The ambiance of the hotel was quite lovely, with

spacious rooms and a very friendly staff. We truly enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, though our A/C struggled a bit during the heat wave. The location, while a bit gritty, provided easy access to local eateries and the metro.

The staff provided bath robes and slippers. The streets outside are dirty and broken.

Inconsistent shower facilities could really use proper curtains, and I couldn't help but notice that noise from the street seeped in quite easily!!! Confusion around the separate check-in location could leave guests feeling a bit unsettled.

Comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, equipped kitchenette with cookware made my 2-night stay enjoyable, and the convenient location near the metro station made it easy to explore the area.

i enjoyed my 4-night stay at suites@syngrou-fix. the junior suite was normal size, clean, and had a big balcony. the location was perfect, just a short walk from tourist spots. the breakfast was good, even though it was in another building. the staff was really kind and let us check in early.

I stayed in the Junior Suite with Balcony for 4 nights and really enjoyed the room. It was normal size, clean, and had a nice huge balcony, which was great for drying washing even though it was too hot to sit outside. The shower was nice and modern too. Plus, they changed the towels every day!

I stayed three nights in a King Suite with a spa bath, and I loved the delicious breakfast with great variety for everyone. The on-site spa and cozy rooftop area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, it would have been nice to have a water bottle in the fridge during the heat. 🌞
